Tags are labels you assign to people and companies to group, filter, and organise your records. Use them to segment your data by campaign, status, source, or any category that fits your workflow.

Manage tags

Go to Settings > Tags to see all your tags in one place. The table shows each tag’s name, color, and how many people and companies it’s applied to. Click any column header to sort ascending or descending.

Edit a tag name

Click directly on a tag’s name in the table to enter edit mode. Type the new name, then press Enter to save or Escape to cancel.

Change a tag’s color

Click the color swatch next to a tag to open the color picker. Choose from the predefined colors to update the tag’s visual coding.

Delete a tag

Click the three-dot menu on any tag row and select Delete. A confirmation dialog appears before the tag is removed.
Deleting a tag removes it from all associated people and companies. This cannot be undone.

Apply tags to records

Tags are applied when you import records — both CSV and manual import let you select or create a tag during the import process. You can also filter your lists by tag to focus on specific segments. See Import for details on tagging during import, or Filters for filtering by tag.
