Manage your Clearcue subscription from Settings > Billing. This page covers how the free trial works, what each plan includes, and how to upgrade or manage your subscription.
Only Owners and Admins can access billing settings. Members do not see the Billing page.

Free trial

Every new Clearcue organization starts with a 14-day free trial. The trial gives you access to the core platform so you can evaluate Clearcue before committing to a paid plan. What’s included in the trial:
  • 200 research credits
  • Access to signal tracking, lists, audiences, and filters
  • Unlimited team members
What’s not available during the trial:
  • CSV export
  • Webhook and CRM integrations
A countdown of your remaining trial days appears in the sidebar. When the trial ends, you need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using Clearcue.

Available plans

Clearcue offers several subscription plans with different credit allowances, topic limits, and features. For a full comparison of plans and pricing, visit the Clearcue Pricing page.

Upgrade from trial to a paid plan

Open billing settings

Go to Settings > Billing.

Choose a plan

Browse the available plans on the billing page. Toggle between Monthly and Yearly billing to compare pricing. Yearly plans save up to 20%.

Complete checkout

Click Upgrade on your chosen plan. You’ll be redirected to Stripe to enter your payment details and confirm the subscription.

Start using Clearcue

After payment, your subscription activates immediately. You’ll have access to all features included in your plan.

Manage your subscription

Once you have an active subscription, the billing page shows your current plan status. Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe customer portal, where you can:
  • View your current plan and billing cycle
  • Update your payment method
  • Download invoices and receipts
  • Change or cancel your subscription
