Start with signal type
Your first filter should be the signal filter. This lets you focus on specific behaviours - like only showing people detected through competitor engagement or hiring activity. Use the “detected by all of” option to stack signals and surface accounts where multiple intent behaviours overlap. That’s where the strongest leads are.Layer in company details
Once you see results flowing in, start adding company-level filters:- Company size - focus on the segment you sell to
- Location - narrow by country or region
- Industry - if your product targets specific verticals
Refine by role and seniority
Finally, add person-level filters to find the right contacts within those companies:- Position - filter by job title or function
- Seniority - focus on decision-makers (C-Suite, VP, Director)
Stack signals to spot patterns
The most powerful filter combinations use multiple signal types together. For example, imagine you sell face recognition and room control software for office buildings. You could filter for leads who are:- Engaging with your brand content
- Also engaging with a competitor’s content
- And their company is hiring for a new role or opening a new office
Save your filtered view as a List
Once you’ve dialled in the right combination of filters, save it as a List. Lists stay in sync automatically - new leads matching your filters appear as they’re detected.Lists
