# Company context

> Tell Clearcue about your company so AI features deliver more relevant results.

Company context feeds into AI signals, insights, and CueAI to personalise results for your business. The more detail you provide, the better Clearcue understands what matters to you.

## Set up your company context

  <Step title="Open company context">
    Go to **Settings > Company Context**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Fill in your details">
    Complete the fields below. You don't need to fill in everything at once — add what you can and come back later.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save your changes">
    Click **Save Changes**. The button appears only when you have unsaved changes.

## Fields reference

| Field                            | What to enter                                                                |
| -------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Company Name**                 | Your organisation's name                                                     |
| **Domain**                       | Your company's website domain (e.g., example.com)                            |
| **Description**                  | What your company does in 1–2 sentences                                      |
| **Value Proposition**            | The key benefit you offer customers                                          |
| **Pain Points**                  | The problems your product solves                                             |
| **Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)** | Who your best customers are — industry, size, role, or other characteristics |
| **Competitors**                  | Companies you compete with                                                   |

<Tip>
  Be specific in your ICP and pain points. Instead of "small businesses", try "B2B SaaS companies with 10–50 employees struggling with outbound sales". This helps Clearcue's AI surface more relevant signals and insights.
